Animega Mess 2026 – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Animega Mess 2026 and attendance at the event. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, activities, guests, performers, or other event content where necessary.
3. Tickets and Prices
Tickets are sold through the official Animega Mess website and other official sales channels designated by the Organizer.
Ticket prices:
- Advance ticket: €20
- Ticket at the event: €25
- Children under 3 years of age may enter free of charge.
- Visitors with a valid disability status may enter free of charge in accordance with the Organizer’s admission policy.
Each purchased ticket is valid for one person, unless otherwise stated.
Ticket prices displayed during checkout include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
4. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
When purchasing a ticket, the customer must provide accurate and complete information required to process the order.
After successful payment, the ticket will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.
Each ticket contains a unique barcode or QR code. The ticket must be presented at the entrance either digitally or as a printed copy.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the email address and other information provided during checkout are correct.

5. Payment Methods and Security
Payments for Animega Mess tickets are processed securely through Montonio.
Depending on availability, customers can pay using the following payment methods:
- bank payments through supported bank links;
- credit and debit card payments;
- Google Pay.
The payment methods currently available to the customer are displayed during checkout.
Pandayama OÜ does not collect or store customers’ online banking credentials or complete payment card details. Payment information is processed securely by Montonio and the relevant payment service providers.
The Animega Mess website uses an SSL-encrypted HTTPS connection to protect information transmitted between the customer’s browser and the website.
The ticket order is confirmed after the payment has been successfully completed.
Any additional payment-related fees, if applicable, will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person.
The unique barcode or QR code associated with each ticket can only be used for admission in accordance with the ticket’s conditions.
The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties or for duplicated, altered, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid tickets.
The Organizer recommends purchasing tickets only through official Animega Mess sales channels.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Postponements
All ticket purchases are final.
Purchased tickets cannot generally be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where:
- Animega Mess 2026 is cancelled by the Organizer; or
- a refund is required under applicable Estonian law.
If the event is postponed to a new date, existing valid tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event.
Information concerning significant changes, postponement, or cancellation will be communicated through the official Animega Mess communication channels and, where appropriate, directly to ticket purchasers.
Changes to the event program, schedule, guests, performers, competitions, activities, or individual parts of the event do not in themselves constitute cancellation of the event.
8. Entry to the Event
A valid ticket or other applicable proof of admission must be presented when entering Animega Mess.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of tickets and to carry out reasonable security checks where necessary.
The Organizer may refuse entry or remove an attendee from the event without refund if the attendee:
- behaves aggressively, violently, or in a threatening manner;
- harasses other visitors, participants, guests, exhibitors, performers, or staff;
- intentionally damages property;
- creates a danger to themselves or others;
- seriously disrupts the event;
- violates applicable law, safety requirements, or event rules.
Visitors are expected to follow reasonable instructions given by the Organizer, venue staff, and security personnel.
9. Children and Free Admission
Children under 3 years of age may attend Animega Mess free of charge.
Visitors with a valid disability status may also attend free of charge in accordance with the Organizer’s admission policy.
The Organizer may request appropriate proof where eligibility for free admission needs to be verified.
Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision of children in their care during the event.
10. Photography and Video Recording
Animega Mess is a public event where photography and video recording may take place.
By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or video recordings taken during the event. Such material may be used by the Organizer for reporting, archival, promotional, website, and social media purposes in accordance with applicable law.
The Organizer will take reasonable consideration of privacy when producing and using event media.
11. Event Program and Changes
The Organizer aims to deliver Animega Mess according to the published program but reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.
This may include changes to:
- schedules and starting times;
- guests and performers;
- competitions and activities;
- vendors and exhibitors;
- stage programs;
- event areas and layouts.
Such changes do not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund provided that the event itself takes place.
12. Liability
The Organizer is responsible for organizing Animega Mess in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for:
- personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event;
- disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control;
- changes to individual guests, performers, vendors, activities, schedules, or program content.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Visitors are responsible for their own conduct and personal belongings while attending the event.
13. Personal Data
Personal data collected when purchasing tickets or communicating with the Organizer is processed in accordance with the Animega Mess Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including:
- processing ticket purchases;
- delivering and validating tickets;
- processing payments;
- providing customer support;
- communicating important information regarding the event;
- fulfilling accounting and other legal obligations.

14. Competition and Market Rules
These Terms and Conditions primarily govern ticket purchases and attendance at Animega Mess 2026.
Competitions, performances, the Animega Mess Market, Artist Alley, Crafting Alley, Flea Market, and other activities may have their own participation and registration rules.
Participants are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable rules before registering for these activities.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any complaints or disputes should first be submitted to the Organizer at info@animegamess.ee so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may use the dispute resolution mechanisms available under Estonian law or bring the matter before the competent court.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts the statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Estonian or European Union law.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Organizer may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary due to changes in the event, services, payment methods, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.
The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the official Animega Mess website.
